I've wanted to get into Boudoir photography for a few years but always found excuses around it. I never wanted to offer something I wasn't able to bring myself to do. After having 2 kids seeing yourself as sexy is sometimes hard to do. In December of 2018 my friend Kate M. who is also an amazing photographer asked me to model for her to help build her portfolio. I said sure, but I was nervous as heck! During the session she made me feel so comfortable and it was so easy going, and I had a lot of fun! After seeing the photos I was in awe and thought, hmmm, why am I so hard on myself? Then when I was trying to build my own portfolio I realized almost ALL women are SO hard on themselves! I got so many responses saying 'maybe after I lose a few pounds' or 'I won't look good in those kinds of photos'...WHAT?!? This is my WHY. I want to show women that they ARE beautiful just the way they are! You are beautiful! You are Amazing! You don't need to change a thing!
